Serve immediately and enjoy the explosion of the sweet tangy and spicy flavours together. Wash well and soak the black gram in enough water overnight.

  • Take the sprouted gram and golgappa just hollow into the golgappa with my hand.

Drain the water and transfer the soaked gram to the muslin cloth (or preferably net bag!). Place the cloth (or bag) inside some air-tight container and allow it to germinate.
